Looking to fill two rooms. One is $425/m, the other $450. Beware, musicians live here. Although very respectful if you need quiet. When you call the number, if I am not there, ask for Joann. Bed rooms semi-furnished, and the rest of the house is all good. Cleaning service of common areas provided. No smoking in the house, but outside is fine.
