和Dealer的一样，以前是１４％现在不清楚是不是降到１３％了，去考驾照那里去问问就知道了．

 外省买车税是不一样的,可是这里, dealer和私人买车税是一样的,没有任何区别, 都是 省税加联邦税

Same as what chinaren00 said: But from private sale..you pay taxes at Access NovaScotia (based on their appraisal on the car, usually lower than what dealer sold) , but from dealer, you have to pay taxes for them(13% of the selling price).
