请问移民申请的材料是不是都要投到Buffalo? 网上说Immigration services are only provided by Canadian offices in Buffalo, Detroit, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C. 还有其他那么多地方可以投， 为什么我身边的人好像都投的Buffalo？ 多谢指点！！

<p>是啊!你去CIC官方网站上看,有一张表格的.能申请移民的使馆就只有一个!其他只能申请VISA,或者面试!</p>
