maybe i am a little bit ignorant, but is there some way to input Chinese in English Window XP operation system without install any software? We are not allowed to install any software on the work computer by ourselves. Actually we have to sent a request to Toronto office to ask them to install the software for us. I think it is for the security reason, and i could not find a reason to justify the installation of Chinese software.

I also tried to go to the control panel to add the language, but I do not have the authority to make any changes.
