我在大使馆网站上看到的是换新的护照要ＳＴＵＤＹ　ＰＥＲＭＩＴ的复印件　但我的ＳＴＵＤＹ　ＰＥＲＭＩＴ　过期了　申请了新的　但新的还没收到　这样能不能换新的护照　请教一下大家　　换新护照就是明天了　有点着急　请知道的人告诉一下
