各位好：小弟原本根室友租了个2室一厅在south park victoria ,但是我室友回国签证被拒签了，回不来了，他也不回来了，但是房子是我跟他两个人签的，，请教各位有经验的，我能不能去跟他们说把房子退了呀，房子到明年5月到期。

可以 不过提前退房子好像要付罚金...如果不能在短期内找到另一室友 还是退了好..
